Geoff Manning
Superintendent of Schools/CEO

Appointed superintendent of schools and chief executive officer in September 2023, Geoff has over 20 years of educational leadership experience. A passionate educator and life-long learner, Geoff believes in the importance of open, collaborative relationships with staff, parents, community and rightsholders for the best student outcomes.

Geoff has a Masters of Educational Leadership and his professional teaching certificate from the University of British Columbia, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and Science from Western Washington University.

Kevin Patrick, CPA, CGA
Secretary-Treasurer/CFO 

As chief financial officer, Kevin oversees all business, finance and facility operations for Campbell River School District.

Together with the superintendent he works with the Board of Education to implement their strategic plan and advises them on a wide range of business and policy matters.

Philip Cizmic
Associate Superintendent

As associate superintendent, Philip provides leadership in administration and instructional programs for students and supports all district schools.

He holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Arts with honours and he completed his teacher education with Simon Fraser University.
